I recommend El paso eye care to everyone! It is a very clean clinic. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist that helped me right away. The doctor explained my procedure and helped me get the correct prescription for my glasses.

I appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. They made sure my contacts felt 100% before I left the store. I also got a cute thank you note with my contact order.

I honestly only visit this location because of Dyna. She consistently provides outstanding customer service and is incredibly thorough every single time. She takes her time going over all the paperwork, makes sure everything is clear, and never makes you feel rushed. On top of that, she gives great advice and helpful options when it comes to choosing frames that actually look good on you. Dyna always brings such a positive spirit, and every encounter I’ve had with her has been wonderful. She truly makes the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Staff all around is super friendly and very welcoming. From the front desk to the wonderful ladies in the back that assist the doctor. Doctor is very professional, kind, caring and thorough. Coming here made me feel valued. I love this place and I will be coming here for my yearly exams.

had an excellent experience with Danny. He provided phenomenal customer service from start to finish—patient, helpful, and really knowledgeable. Great experience did not have to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. They respect that my time is as valuable as their!! Should have left my old eye doctors years ago!!

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, answers all questions, excellent products and price points to fit all patients economics. My glasses came in for pick up extremely fast. Highly recommend this Eye Care Establishment.
